TEMPORARY ACCESS
Ask the client to open pcmconnect.net/support, accept temporary access and run the downloaded client. Then enter the six-digit code shown on their computer.
PERMANENT ACCESS
Creates a secure invitation for a persistent PCM agent and private connection.
VERSION CONTROL
NEW INDEPENDENT SERVER
Install a new, independent PCM server for another administrator. The new installation creates its own account, database and device list. It does not copy this server's users, devices, tokens, keys or secrets.
Raspberry Pi / Debian ARM64 is the supported production path. The Windows package uses WSL2 and is provided as a preview.
